Jodie is brilliant! Recently, I was looking for a property in Melbourne while living interstate. I didn’t know the Melbourne area or property market very well so I needed guidance on where to look and what to look for. After searching unsuccessfully for a few months, my broker recommended Jodie. She was involved in the process at every step along the way. Once we found a suitable property, she developed a strategy to secure it and deliver a winning offer. It was thanks to Jodie’s hard work and experience that I was able to buy my property on its first open weekend, after it had already attracted a lot of buyer interest. Jodie also introduced me to a range of professionals, including a conveyancer and building inspector, who were invaluable in helping me through the home-buying process and avoiding some costly mistakes.
